Fall Leaf Pick Up is scheduled

We have been in contact with the city of Carl Junction and they have scheduled a date to do the leaf pick up in the Village.   They will start bright and early on December 3 at 6 AM.   So please have your leaves out by the roadside before then if you would like for them to take your leaves away.   They did give us some guidelines for you to observe while getting your leaves ready for pick up.

• No Tree Limbs, Trash or Rocks
• Leaves must be out to the road right-of-way (within 5 feet of the road)
• Leaves must be in wind rows (a row should be about 2-3 feet wide and then as long as it needs to be)
• Do not cover Water Meter Lids or Manholes
• Do not mulch leaves
• No bagged leaves, this is a vacuum system
